摘    要:片上系统(SoC)技术是近年来随着微电子技术发展出现的新技术,现已被广泛应用.利用SoC可以将原来由许多芯片完成的复杂功能,集中到一块芯片中完成,以获得更高的系统性能.以某火控系统中的模拟量输入通道为例,阐述了通过SoC技术,用基于FPGA/CPLD的方法对火控系统硬件电路进行维修改造,从而探讨了解决装备维修问题的一种方法.并讨论了改造过程中单稳态触发器96L02的替代问题,以及FPGA/CPLD与外围电路的驱动能力问题.

Abstract:System-on-Chip technology is a new technology which appeared along with the microelectronic technological development in recent years and so far it has been employed widely. By using the System-on-Chip technology, we can integrate the complex function which performed by many chips into one chip for a higher system performance. This paper takes analog input channel of fire control system as an example and elaborates how to maintain the hardware electric circuit of fire control system according to the rapid development of SoC technology based on FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) /CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device). And it discusses one of the solutions to equipment maintenance. It also discusses the substitution problem of the mono-stable trigger 96L02 and the problem of the driving capacity of FPGA/CPLD and periphery electric circuit in the process of transform and improvement.
