深紫外非线性晶体KBe_2BO_3F_2的光学倍频特性

摘    要:通过理论模拟计算详细分析了KBe2BO3F2(KBBF)晶体的光学倍频特性,得到了Nd∶YVO4激光6倍频输出的深紫外激光光源(177.3 nm)的相关技术参数。结果对于KBBF晶体用于产生深紫外全固态激光(DPL)的实验研究提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper the properties of the frequency doubling in KBe2BO3F2(KBBF)are studied with elaborate analysis,and we have obtained the technical parameter of DUV 177.3nm radiation by means of SHG from a frequency-tripled Nd:YVO4 laser in KBBF.These results are very useful in DUV-DPL experimental studies.
