| 摘 要： | 提高领导干部的“三个素质”,增强“四个本领”,是加强军队党的能力建设的紧迫课题。实现这一目标,一要激发领导干部自身的内在动力,自觉改造主观世界;二要振奋学习精神,贯彻“两个武装”要求;三要加强党性修养,保持党员先进性;四要做好本职工作,在实践中提高素质能力。
