Aiming at the problem of multi-layer defense disposition of the same type air defense weapons, the shooting effectiveness model of defense system is established by making use of queue theory. According to the model, by simulation and analyzing the data, the disposition rule of the same type air-defense weapons is speculated and the proper number of layers of the air-defense system is discussed. Then the theory proves that the disposition rule is correct.At last, the model of demand analysis is established and basic steps are given by using disposition rule to calculate an example.
