摘    要:利用DOS方法对重油催化裂化生产装置进行了安全评价.结果表明,在反应再生、分馏及稳定吸收三个重点工艺操作单元中,反应再生系统和分馏系统的实际最大可能财产损失与生产单元财产价值的比值超过了10%的相对危险值界限,稳定吸收系统在10%的相对危险值的范围内.说明反应再生系统和分馏系统有必要采取一些安全防范措施,进一步降低生产的风险程度.

Abstract:Safety assessment of the combined device for catalytic cracking of dead oil was made using DOS method. The results reveal that during the three major unit operations of regeneration, fractionating ant absorption, the proportion of actual maximum property loss of reaction regeneration and fractionating system to the property value of the production unit is over 10%, Which is relatively dangerous unit, but that of the steady absorption system is below 10%. It is presented that some safety measure should be taken in the regeneration and fractionating system to lower the production risk.
