| Abstract: | In this paper, the general circumstances of the cathode electroposition are analyzed. The possibility and need conditions of anion discharge on the cathode are discussed. By making the discharge test of wolframate radical on the cathode, it is confirmed that the anion discharge on the cathods is available. |
