| Abstract: | To solve the realistic problems of target ambiguity and mismatch with demand in the process of equipment support capability construction, this article, based on the equipment operational mission and taking the equipment support task as input, analyzes the generative process of support capability demand scheme and support capability construction scheme, puts forward implementation process of military and mobilization support capability construction, explores the method of capability building, and designs an initial working mechanism of equipment support capability construction. |
