| 摘 要： | 消防指战员在火场上的心理状态直接影响甚至决定着指战员的生理状态,影响灭火救援任务的完成。如果我们将指战员的心理调节至适度的兴奋、紧张,而避免急躁、恐惧等不良心理的产生,就能使指战员处于一种良好的心理、生理状态,保证在其他因素(如正确的战术、精良的装备、群众的配合等)的配合下顺利完成灭火救援任务。

| Abstract: | The psychological status of the fire commanders and fighters at the fire site interferes directly with, even decides their physiological status and thus, influences the fulfillment of the mission of extinguishing the fire and rescuing the victims. If we adjust the psychological status of the fire commanders and fighters to a proper extent, excited and keyed up, avoid those harmful thoughts, like impetuosity and fear, they could complete the mission of extinguishing the fire and rescuing the victims smoothly, with the cooperation of other factors (such as correct strategy, excellent equipment and the help of the masses). |
