| Abstract: | Improving the publishing quality of periodicals is the common wish of journal edi- tors. Getting into the core journals or publishing journals in accordance with the core jour- nals has already become the conscious pursuit of journals＇ editors. The author consciousness of editors and the deitor consciousness of authors are centralized; these two sides interact, and promote the publishing quality to increase constantly. |
