| 摘 要： | 文章系统分析了新疆所处的地缘政治环境、新疆的社会结构、新疆社会经济发展中的优势，存在的问题。提出新疆进一步改革开放，加强与周边邻国的合作，对加快新疆社会经济的发展，维护新疆的社会的长治久安，保障我国能源安全，具有十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the geopolitics,social structure and the advantages of economic development in Xinjiang, and existing problems are mentioned in it as well.Then the paper points out that it is very important to further carry out reform and open-up and strengthen the cooperation with bordering countries in maintaining xinjiang's lasting stability and developing its economy. |
