信息化条件下应急作战装备保障探要

适应未来信息化条件下应急作战的需要,着眼发起突然、受命紧急、样式多样、目的坚决、手段高新等特点及对装备保障的新要求,对装备保障从转变保障观念、加大战备建设力度、提高保障部(分)队快速反应和远程机动能力、实施精确保障和提高生存能力等方面进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策.

Study on Emergency Battle Equipment Support under the Informationizational Condition

In order to meet the need of emergency battle in the future wars under informationizational condition, based on the modem war characteristics of the new requirements for breaking out suddenly, receiving orders instantly, campaign multiplicity, firm purpose, lofty means and the demands of equipment support, this paper makes a probe into the aspects as follows: changing support conceptions, strengthening the building of combat readiness, improving the response speed of equipment support troops, the long-distance maneuver ability, precision support ability and the viability, and it also puts forward the corresponding countermeasure.
