| 摘 要： | 镇西府,即今巴里坤县。在清代,曾为西路军的大本营,新疆郡县化的策源地,又为同治年间清朝在新疆的飞地,是与清朝统一和建设新疆,坚守与光复新疆具有密切联系的历史名城,在我国西部版图的形成过程中起了不容替代的历史作用。
