| Abstract: | Higher learning institutions must strengthen Party construction work by the requirement of "the three represents", fully promote the vanguard and exemplary role of the Party members and promote the reform and development of the higher learening institutions, thus making the higher learening institutions really become the pioneer of the advanced productive force, propagandists of the advanced culture, and protectors of the basic benefit of the broad people. |
