对薄弱学校借鉴杜郎口模式的思考

摘    要:杜郎口中学通过多年的课堂教学改革,走出了学校发展的困境。同时,它改革成功的经验受到许多学校的关注。在当前"杜郎口热"遍及全国的情形下,本文针对一所薄弱学校借鉴"杜郎口模式"的实践进行了总结与思考,提出:杜郎口模式有它积极的方面,只要有改革的勇气和毅力,坚持从学校自身的情况出发,采取合理的措施并坚持实施,薄弱学校也会突破发展困境,拥有良好的发展空间。

Abstract:Dulangkou Middle School,through many years blassroorn teaching relbrm,has extricated itself fi'om the pre- dicament of school development. At the same time, its successl'ul reform experience has drawn the attention of many sehools. Considering the fact that the the DnLaugkou mode is all the ague all over the country ,this paper summarize the practice of weak schools making use of the DuLangkou mode, and assert that DuLangkou mode has its positive aspects, so long as we have the courage to reform and perseverance to pa'oceed from the schoolg own conditions,take reasonable measures, and adhere to their implementation, weak schools will extricate themeselves from their development difficulties, and have plenty of room for development.
