一种宽带梳状线电调滤波器的设计

摘    要:提出了一种宽带梳妆线电调滤波器的设计方法,采用四阶变容管加载终端短路式,滤波器输入端配有单级自偏中放电路,在带内起伏较小且在频率低端的损耗也较小。经过测试表明,该滤波器的工作频段为668.6 MHz~1 300 MHz,插损小于6 dB,3 dB带宽小于5%,矩形系数为5时,阻带抑制为45 dB。

Abstract:The design of electric tunable broadband comb line filter is introduced in the paper. Using four order varactor loaded terminal short circuit,filter input is equipped with single stage self-bias circuit. Within the zone,ups and downs is small. Loss is small in low frequency. Test shows its working frequency range of 668.6 MHz~1300 MHz,insertion loss of less than 6 dB,3 dB bandwidth less than 5%and resistance's suppression ratio for 45 dB with rectangular factor of 5.
