| 摘 要： | 介绍了如何用遗传算法来解决考虑RMS因素的装备需求量问题。首先，分析了考虑RMS因素的装备需求量问题的要素、约束、输入条件和解空间，并建立了数学模型。然后，讨论了遗传算法设计中的编码方案以及遗传算子的实现方法。最后，给出了具体实例的输入数据、基于Matlab遗传算法工具箱的编程思路，并比较了遗传算法与阶段最优算法的效果。
