| 摘 要： | 根据指挥体制与指挥系统其他组成部分之间的耦合关系建立了指挥系统效能评估模型,以所建立模型为依据,分析了指挥体制在指挥效能评估中的地位与作用,进一步分析了指挥体制提高指挥效能的效率,并将其与指挥系统其他组成部分效率进行了对比分析,得到他们在提高指挥系统效能效率过程中的相互关系。
