关于在教师队伍中弘扬兵团精神的几点思考

针对兵团教师队伍的现状,本文认为需要在教师队伍中进一步弘扬兵团精神。新时期弘扬兵团精神必须要加大对兵团精神的宣传力度,提高青年教师对兵团精神的认识;弘扬兵团精神必须与加强教师职业道德建设相结合,帮助教师形成新型的师德观;弘扬兵团精神必须与切实提高教师的待遇相结合,倡导奉献精神与改善教师待遇并不矛盾;弘扬兵团精神必须把加强学校管理与加强教师自我修养相结合,提高教师的整体素质。

On Carrying forward Bingutan Spirit Among Teachers

In view of the present situation of the Bingtuan teachers, this paper holds that it is necessary to further carry forward Bingtuan spirit among teachers. In this new era, to carry forward Bingtuan spirit we must strengthen the popularization of Bingtuan spirit,improve young teachers understanding of the spirit, carry forward the spirit to strengthen teachers＇professional ethics construction. Combining with helping teachers create a new ethic view, carrying forward the spirit must be combined with improving teachers＂ treatment, carrying forward the group spirit must strengthen school management and strengthen the self - cultivation unifies, improve the overall quality of teachers.
