| Abstract: | Scientific crisis communication consists of crisis early - warning communication, emergency communication and aftermath communication. The public security forces should cultivate the people oriented idea, make crisis early - warning communication routine, and embody the concept of humanistic care in emergency communication and carry on social psychological management in aftermath communication. |
