| Abstract: | AC electrical propulsion is an important trend in submarine developing. Variable frequency speed control is the most important mode adopted by AC electrical propulsion. In this paper, variable frequency technologies used in submarines are discussed. The developing trend is predicted and the application in practice is introduced. |
