In this thesis,it is discussed that the Four-steel-ball frictioning test-machine,which our own lab has had,is updated and rebuilt intellectually. The center is that the control system of the Four-steel-ball frictioning test-machine applies PLC to controlling and monitoring all processes of the equipment. The smart capability of working and stabilization of the PLC ensures satisfying effect , and provides a new way of the control system of the Four-steel-ball frictioning test-machine and a basis of configurable and visual system for the equipment.
