| 摘 要： | Multigen Creator是在图形工作站上比较知名的实时三维模型建模工具软件系统，而3DSMax是目前PC上最流行的一种三维动画造型软件，把两者结合起来对虚拟场景进行构建，有效地解决了虚拟现实技术中存在着模型质量和数据量相矛盾的问题。以一个石化厂区场景的构建为例，介绍了在虚拟现实系统构建过程中应用Muhigen Creator和3DSMax相结合的建模技术以及模型优化方法，应用于实际达到了理想的效果。

| Abstract: | Multigen Creator is a well- know 3D modeling software system tool on graphics workstation. 3DS Max is the most popular in the PC. The combination of the two software to build a virtual environment effectively solutes the contraction problem of the quality and amount of data. This paper, take a petrochemical tank field as example, summarizes the modeling technology by the Multigen Creator and 3DS Max and the model optimization technology and provides a new way in modeling virtual environment and achieving the desired results. |
