| 摘 要： | 从微观经济学考虑,以某单体建筑为例,对不同投资方式利用价值工程、净现值等经济学指标进行比较和分析,将消防设施的全寿命周期与房建中的全寿命周期结合起来进行技术经济比较,得出:装修后消防设施每次使用年限、基准收益率等是影响消防投资费用的关键因素.
