| 摘 要： | 危难救助是《中华人民共和国人民武装警察法》规定的、人民武装警察应当履行的法定义务之一。人民武装警察危难救助义务的内涵和危难救助义务的履行要求必须明确，履行危难救助义务与执行任务、履行法定职责相冲突时，不得放弃履行法定职责。
