| 摘 要： | 通过对不同类型不同地域武警院校的实地调研，包括问卷调查以及与不同层级的相关人员进行座谈和个案访谈，分析研究可知，当前影响军校办学效益的主要问题是办学规模偏小、师生比过低、院校评价指标不够科学合理等。武警院校提升办学效益的空间很大。 |

| Abstract: | This essay compares CAPF academics from different types and different districts through a field investigation, including questionnaire survey and different kinds of forum and personal commucation with different classes of relevant people. According to the conduction, the major problems which influence the efficiency in military college management are these： the small scale of management in military college; teachers and students proportion is not to the appropriate scale and the evaluation indication of CAPF is not scientific reasonable enough ect. If we can take proper measures on these aspects, the space to extent the efficiency in military college management will be tremendous. |
