摘    要:针对武器费用-效能分析需综合考虑费用、效能和时间三方面因素的问题,提出一种基于模糊综合评判法的多目标决策问题的解决方案.介绍了模糊综合评判的数学模型,总结了在应用模糊综合评判进行辅助决策时需要注意的三点问题,最后结合实例对4种飞机备选研制方案,通过建立单因素评判的模糊优先矩阵、计算单因素排序向量进而得到评判矩阵,采用加权平均型合成算子,将评判矩阵与由KLEE法得到的加权向量进行合成,得出了4种方案的费用-效能分析结果,为方案的选择提供了依据,结果表明,这种方法具有实用价值.

Abstract:Aimed at the difficulty to synthetically consider cost, effectiveness and time, the problem of analysis of cost-effectiveness of weapons is solved by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A brief introduction to a mathematical model fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is presented and three points which should emphasize at the time of auxiliary decision by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are inducted. As example, four scheme selections of aircraft are respectively evaluated. In this process, fuzzy precedence matrixes of mono-factor are built. Judgment matrix is obtained by computing sequent vectors of mono-factor, the result of cost-effectiveness which is used to select scheme is received by weighted-mean composition of judgment matrix and weighted vector by KLEE. The result indicates that this method can be used practically.
