| 摘 要： | 以我军新的历史使命为指针,加强部队思想政治建设,必须确立战略全局观,切实做好部队思想政治建设的宏观谋划与定向;确立执政安全观,切实打牢为党巩固执政地位提供力量保证的组织基础;确立国家利益观,切实突出官兵责任感、使命感和战斗精神的培养。
