| Abstract: | In the new century it is very important for the teachers to train the students in their guality. Teaching methods should be improved according to the studeut's real circumstances. The beffer alternatives are guiding style and discussing style with the students as the main body. The teachers, carrying out their teaching work, must play the leading role among the students, in ovder to reach the goal of nurturing new talents who will adapt to the social development. |
