| 摘 要： | 在中国传统社会,由于受到重整体轻个体的传统文化影响,人们的自我意识相当淡薄,而在今日,当代人进行着自我反思,其中最突出的表现莫过于自我意识的增强。笔者从分析当代人自我意识增强的原因及表现切入,阐述在急剧变革的今日,人们自我意识的增强对领导者价值观的影响,进而得出领导者所应具有的价值观念。
