| Abstract: | The experience is the main content that constitutes the professional quality of security personnel. Direct experience can greatly improve the capacity of security personnel, and indirect experience is the main channel that the quality of the security personnel is generated. Therefore, a fully understanding of the two kind of experience in improving the quality of security personnel is imperative. The paper explains that the significance of direct experi- ence, and the non -replaceability of indirect experience. |
