| 摘 要： | 实时视频传输有很大的实用价值,对采集到的原始视频信息进行压缩编码,获取己编码视频流是实现实时视频传输和QoS研究的关键.通过介绍MPEG-4标准视频压缩技术和几种基于MPEG-4标准的实用软件编码器,着重阐述了用XVID编码器获取MPEG-4标准视频流的方法,对其编码效果、效率进行了测试,给出了测试结果,还对用VFW进行视频捕获的方法做了简单介绍.

| Abstract: | To transfer real-time video stream is very practical, and the key to this and research on Qos is to capture original video and code it. This paper introduces the Standard of MPEG-4 and some Encoders based on the Standard of MPEG-4 used now. This paper focuses on describing how to use XVID software MPEG-4 Encoder and tests XVID's efficiency and results on coding video, Results are listed in a table. In addition, the paper introduces the technique about capturing video by VFW. |
