| 摘 要： | 根据武器装备采购中对承制单位信用风险评价特点和实际情况,确定承制单位信用风险评价指标体系,根据小波神经网络原理,构建了承制单位信用风险评价模型,并以实例进行分析。小波神经网络能够简便快捷对信用风险进行评价,并能排除主观因素的干扰,在信用风险评价中具有较好应用前景。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics and practice of evaluation for supplier credit risk in the process of procurement,the index system for credit risk evaluation is developed.Based on the theory of Wavelet neural network,the model for credit risk evaluation is designed,and is analyzed by an example.Wavelet neural network can rapidly evaluate the credit risk without interference of subjective factor. |
