关于西部地方高等师范学校教学督导工作的审视与思考

教学督导工作在我国西部地方高等师范学校教学质量保障体系中发挥着重要作用,本文从机构的设置与运行方式,教学督导工作在维护正常教学秩序、推进迎评促建工作、提高青年教师的教学水平等方面取得的主要成效,目前存在的主要问题,改革的思路与措施等方面探讨了伊犁师范学院的教学督导工作,提出科学定位、选贤任能、完善机制和注重改革是提高教学督导工作质量的有效途径。

On the Teaching Supervision in Teachers Colleges in West China

Teaching supervision has played an important role in the teaching quality guaranteeing system in teachers colleges in West China.This article explores the teaching supervision in Yili Teachers College from the setting up of institutions and their ways of operation,the achievements of teaching supervision in maintaining normal teching,promoting assessing,improving young teachers’teaching ability,main problems that exist at present,ideas and measures of reform.We put forward that scientific orientation,choosing and appointing those with virtue and ability,perfecting mechnisms and laying emphasis on reform are effective ways of improving teaching supervision.
