| 摘 要： | 结合基于信息系统的体系作战特点和规律,分析了油料保障能力的生成过程,运用系统动力学方法建立了油料保障能力生成模型,进行了能力生成仿真实验和策略分析,初步探讨了油料保障能力生成的内部机理和动态行为,提出了信息化条件下油料保障能力基本形态的实质为基于“信息力”和“结构力”的油料保障能力.
