铅基合金中锡量测定方法研究

摘    要:试样用硫酸溶解,盐酸酸化,使Pb2 沉淀为PbSO4,Sb3 水解沉淀为SbOC l,Ag 沉淀为AgC l除去。在0.6mol/L硫酸溶液中,锡与苯芴酮-溴化十六烷基三甲铵生成有色络合物,于波长510nm处测量吸光度。对于残余微量的锑、铁的干扰,可加入酒石酸、高锰酸钾和抗坏血酸消除。该方法条件易控制、稳定、准确,对锡量在0.01~1(%)测定较为优越。

Abstract:The sample is solute by sulfuric acid,the solution is acidatten with hydrochloric acid,which makes Pb(II)changed into PbS04 and precipitated,Sb(III)hydrolysis and precipitate SbOCl,and Ag(I)can be moved away for it changed into AgCl,In the solution of H2SO4 0.6mol/L,the tin change into the color complex compound with benzfiuorenone-cetyl trimethvlammonium bromide.The absorbance of the colour complex compound is measured at wave-length 510nm.In order to eliminate the relic antimony(III) and iron(III),tartaric acid,potassium of permanganic acid and L-Ascorbic acid should be added.This method is easy to control,steady for reaction and exact to measure.And this method is better for the content of tin in alloys between 0.01%and 1%.
