| 摘 要： | 对人体 -金属ESD模型和家具ESD模型进行了讨论 ,介绍了其放电电流波形的主要特点及影响它们的主要因素。利用单极子天线和数字存储示波器对静电放电产生的电磁脉冲辐射场进行了实验研究。实验表明 ,ESD的辐射场在距离放电源几米以内是很短的窄脉冲 ,其脉冲持续时间约为几百ns,但其场强很大 ,典型可达几kV/m (在 1 8cm处 ) ,一般在约几百V/m (在 1 5m以内 ) ,共频谱主要分布在几十到几百MHz,频谱上限可以达到几个GHz.

| Abstract: | The ESD Hand-metal model and furniture model and their current waveforms are investigated.Electric fields radiated by ESD are studied experimentally with a monopole antenna.Experiments show that fields radiated by ESD are narrow pulses in time domain,and the fields can reach several kilovolts per meter when the discharge occurred at a few centimeters from the unit under test.The frequency range of the fields is several tens of megahertz to several hundreds of megahertz. |
