| 摘 要： | 随着工业化、城市化和现代化水平的提高,各种具有现代特点的城市灾害,给国家和人民群众造成了巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡。其中突发环境污染事件是消防部队亟待解决的重要课题。结合山西朔州市环境应急救援队成立3年来的成功实践,提出消防部队承担环境应急救援的几点思考。
