摘    要:建立了AMT车辆换挡过程动力学模型,并对换挡过程各阶段进行了动力学分析,找出了影响换挡品质的主要因素。得出挂挡阶段和离合器接合阶段是产生换挡冲击和滑磨功的主要阶段,其中离合器接合阶段是换挡品质控制的重点,最后给出了提高AMT车辆换挡品质的具体措施。

Abstract:In this paper,dynamic model of shifting process for AMT vehicle is firstly established, and based on the dynamic analysis of each stage of the shifting process, the main factors affecting shift quality are founded.The research suggests that shifting phase and the jointing phase of clutch are the major stage of producing shift impact and losing power of abrade, the keystone of controlling the shift quality is on the jointing phase of clutch. Detailed measures are also presented for improving the shift quality of AMT vehicle at the last.
