| 摘 要： | 为适应形势发展需要,院校应大胆进行改革：大力加强教员队伍建设,适应部队多样化任务需要,灵活调整学科、课程设置,不断进行教学改革,适应部队的实际需求开展学术科研活动,加大院校任职教育力度等,使院校能在公安边防部队教育训练中充分发挥龙头作用。

| Abstract: | College education,as a leading role,tops the system of educating and teaching among the public border control force.Therefore,based on practical and multiple task requirements of the forces,it should continuously adopt the method of teaching reform by stepping up its teaching staff construction,adjusting its courses design,conducting academic research and strengthening the efforts in professional education.Henceforward,college education adapts itself to the developing situation requirements and play a leading role in the educating and training field of the public border control force. |
