| Abstract: | In view of the realistic circumstance that equipment requirement is not clear,not exact and not scientific, this paper adopts the ability-based principle in equipment construction, and studies the mode of ＂mission SoS→ability SoS→equipment SOS＂ in requirements generation of equipment system of systems based on ability of joint warfare. The paper compares the new model with the old. |
