| 摘 要： | 美国FDL是美国证件研究中心，在硬件和职能建设上时间长，投入大，优势明显，特点突出，在业界居于领先地位。对FDL的特点、优势进行分析研究的基础上，结合我国证件研究的现状，提出了建设出入境证件数据库、获取证件司法鉴定资格及加强交流与合作等建议。

| Abstract: | As the state forensic document laboratory, the U. S. FDL has adequate budget and time its for construction and it is one of the best document laboratory in the world. Firstly this paper makes a general introduction of FDL＇ s history and framework and then analyses FDL＇ s characteristics and advantages. Based on the research of the FDL, combined with the status quo and analysis of the disadvantages in China＇ s travel document research, this paper provides a reference for improving the condition and the research level of travel documents in China in the following aspects： strengthening the institution construction and education, constructing the travel document database, attaining the qualification of justice authentication, and deepening the communication and cooperation. |
