纳米粒子复合微米粉体雷达波隐身涂层研究

摘    要:采用纳米粒子复合微米吸波粉体方法制备雷达隐身吸波涂层,分别选用纳米Sic、铁酸镍钴和金属钴复合微米羰基铁粉和钴粉。对涂层的雷达波反射率测试结果表明,选用纳米复合方式制成的雷达吸波涂层,有利于展宽吸波带宽或降低峰值反射率,其中用纳米钴复合羰基铁粉涂层最为明显,当定义反射率-频率曲线中小于-5 dB以下的频宽为合格吸波带宽时,纳米钴复合羰基铁粉涂层的最低合格吸波频率可以达到4.8 GHz,较没有纳米复合前有明显降低,对提高吸波涂层的低频段吸波性能作用明显,纳米复合技术为提高吸波涂层的低频吸波性能开辟了新的思路。同时实验也表明纳米复合后对原微米吸波剂吸波性能的改变是不确定的,有的还会使吸波性能变差。因此纳米粉体与微米粉体之间的匹配对吸波性能有较大的影响,这种匹配的关系还有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Nano-particle composite method was used to make the radar wave stealth coating.Nano SiC,Ni-Co ferrite and nano-Co were utilized to compose with micron size carbonyl and Co powder.The results of reflectivity tests showed that: it is propitious to extend the working band.The lowest frequency at which the reflectivity was below-5 dB can reach to 4.8 GHz.Compare to the coating without nano composite,the wave absorbing ability was enhanced evidently,which showed a new way to increase radar wave absorbing properties of the coating.The results also showed that the effect of nano composite on the reflectivity was not distinct,and furthermore,one experiment result showed its bad effect.Therefore,the matching of nano powder and micron powder should be studied further.
