试论赢政的用人之道

通过对赢政用人方面的一些具体事例的分析，从七个方面总结和概括了赢政用人思想的特点：“不却众庶”，以法治吏；广泛搜寻，择长而用；唯才是用，不拘小节；用人不疑，重视结果；集思广益，择善而从。纵观赢政一生，他的用人思想是一个不断变化和发展的过程，其在大部分时间里采取了比较正确的用人政策，只是在执政的最后几年里暴虐无常，迫害了大量人才。所有这些都是很值得我们进一步深入研究和借鉴的。

On the Principles of Ying Zheng＇s Using Talents

Throughout Ying Zheng＇ s hanging and developing , most of its time had taken a more correct employment policy, only in the last few years, the oppressive and tyrannical ruling persecuted a lot of talents, and all of these are worthy of our further study and use as a source of reference.
