摘    要:通过对赢政用人方面的一些具体事例的分析,从七个方面总结和概括了赢政用人思想的特点:“不却众庶”,以法治吏;广泛搜寻,择长而用;唯才是用,不拘小节;用人不疑,重视结果;集思广益,择善而从。纵观赢政一生,他的用人思想是一个不断变化和发展的过程,其在大部分时间里采取了比较正确的用人政策,只是在执政的最后几年里暴虐无常,迫害了大量人才。所有这些都是很值得我们进一步深入研究和借鉴的。

Abstract:In this paper, by means of analyzing specific examples of Ying Zheng' s employment, summarize it from seven aspects, and outline the thinking of Ying Zheng's employment characteristics:" do not exclude ordinary people "and manage talents affairs according to the law; extensive search, choose what is good and use it; use talents by depending on ability and not bother about trifles; employing talents no doubt, focus on results; pool the wisdom of the masses and whole life, his idea is a process of constantly c choose what is good then follow it. Throughout Ying Zheng' s hanging and developing , most of its time had taken a more correct employment policy, only in the last few years, the oppressive and tyrannical ruling persecuted a lot of talents, and all of these are worthy of our further study and use as a source of reference.
