| Abstract: | The construction of a harmonious society is a major task to create a new situation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics,which reflects the people's fundamental interests and common wishes,including women.It needs paying special attention for the university Trade Union to help female staff to display their advantages in teaching and scientific research,and marriage and family in order to contribute to the building of a harmonious campus. |
