装备润滑油失效分析与再生研究

摘    要:针对装备润滑油污染物的入侵与产生、添加剂的损耗而导致的失效问题,分析了污染物的主要种类与危害,根据国内外失效润滑油再生技术对不同种类污染物的去除技术做了概括性阐述,指出探索适于装备失效润滑油再生的技术与工艺对提高装备保障能力具有重要意义。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of failure caused by the entrance and generation of the equipment lubricating oil pollutant and the additive decrease,the types and harm of pollutant are researched. Based on the regeneration technology of failure lubricating oil both at home and abroad,the removing technology for different kinds of pollutant is typically illustrated.
