摘    要:针对单一平台在探测能力和信息获取方面的局限性,提出构建基于空中、地面、水中平台的多平台人机协同控制与决策系统的体系结构,该系统的特点是有人参与决策,可实现有人平台和无人平台的协同。分析了地面指挥控制与决策中心及各平台应具有的功能,并对人机交互软件界面进行了总体设计。给出了一个典型的应用场景,分析了其工作原理及多平台协同跟踪与决策过程,验证了所提系统体系结构的灵活性和合理性。

Research on Overall Design Framework of Networked Multi-vheicle Cooperative Control and Decision-making System
Abstract:For the limitations of detecting ability and information retrieval of the single platform,a human-machine coordinated control and decision-making system architecture is proposed based on multiple vehicles,which are composed of the air,ground,water vehicles. The system is characterized by someone to participate in decision-making,which can realize some synergy between manned vehicles and unmanned vehicles. The functions of the ground command,control and decision center and vehicles are analyzed and the overall design of the human-machine interaction software interface is addressed. A typical application scenario is showed and its working principle and multi-vehicle coordinated tracking and decision-making process is analyzed. The flexibility and rationality of the proposed system architecture are verified.
