C2系统的敏捷性

C2系统敏捷性是信息时代衡量系统应对外界环境变化能力的新方法,目前C2系统敏捷性相关研究理论主要由美国指挥控制研究计划小组(CCRP)和北约研究任务组(NATO-RTS)提出。通过对现有C2系统敏捷性的定义、组成要素、概念模型、观测和度量使能、评价方法等研究成果进行系统的介绍和总结。分析了敏捷商热点前沿研究方向,探讨现有研究的不足、未来发展方向以及对我军C2系统设计建设的借鉴意义。

Agility of C2 System

C2 system agility is a new method to evaluate the system’s ability to accommodate to external changes. At present most C2 system agility’s research theories are put forward by CCRP and NATO-RTS. This paper systematically introduces and summarizes C2 system agility’s definition, elements,conceptual model,observation and measurement enabled,evaluation methodology. Also the research frontier of agility quotient is analyzed including the shortcomings of current research,future direction of development and reference to our army’s design of C2 system.
