Study on Teaching Practice and Management Strategy of Musicological,Teachers Education

With the great reform of basic education teaching,there are new requirements for the team of musicological teachers'knowledge of structure,teaching methods,contents,means,modes and the evaluation standard.It is a new subject to quickly promote teaching quality and level of musicological teachers education in normal university to satisfy the need of course reform.
