| 摘 要： | 针对高校研究生招生考录中存在的问题,从规范研究生招生考试,促进研究生教育协调与可持续发展的角度提出了放宽高校招生自主权、改变考试时间、加强复试环节考察及严格控制招生数量等改革措施,以适应国家建设和发展的需要。
