| 摘 要： | 现役军人家属对国防建设和部队稳定发挥着不可替代的作用,对现役军人家属的优待十分重要。但是,在现如今国际国内相对和平的社会环境下,社会的优待意识也越来越淡薄,现役军人家属优待权的法律保障出现一系列问题,必须从强化观念意识、完善制度设计和严格实践操作等方面加以完善。
